Denise offers extensive knowledge and understanding for her clients. With over 15 years of experience as a Benefits Consultant with the P&A Group, Denise navigates the challenging industry of healthcare reform with valuable insight, offering guidance and solutions for her clients. She frequently provides full-scale Cafeteria Plan solutions for her groups, which also include FSAs, HRAs and COBRA administration.

Denise’s prior experiences in the field of benefit administration and Human Resources give her unique insight into the demands of the HR function and allow her to pinpoint effective solutions that best meet the needs of her clients. Previously, Denise held positions at Buffalo Cardiology & Pulmonary Associates P.C. where she developed the HR department and served as the Benefits Manager for over ten years. She also worked at Buffalo Children’s Hospital where she served as an administrative assistant to the Medical Audit and Utilization Review departments.

Denise holds an Associates degree in Applied Science from Alfred State College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, and Economics from Empire State College. She resides in Alden with her husband and is very excited about the revival happening in the city of Buffalo. A proud supporter of Buffalo’s renaissance, she is a docent for Explore Buffalo.
