An honors graduate of the National Law Center of George Washington University, Rob received a Masters in Taxation degree from Emory University Law School. He has specialized in Tax and Benefits Law for over 30 years, including a period as outside benefits counsel for KeyCorp. Rob oversees and coordinates the efforts of P&A’s administration department to ensure compliance with governmental regulations as they relate to the administration of retirement and employee benefit plans. In addition, he writes the necessary plan documents to effectuate any tax-advantaged programs which are implemented, making sure that they meet all government requirements.
